How long does it take for my plugs to be built?

The average build time for plug orders is currently about 2-3 weeks (Build time is subject to change depending on volume of orders) I build every pair to order to insure full customization to your specs and to bring you the highest quality and detail.

Is there a tracking # for my order?

Generally there is not tracking on smaller orders due to keeping the shipping costs as low as possible for you the customer. If the size of the order goes into the trackable shipment size you will be provided with a tracking number and shipping provider.

Do I need to have a Paypal account? 

No you do not need to have a paypal account to order, below the sign in on the paypal page is a option that says Dont have a paypal account?  through this you can pay with your credit or debit card and not have to sign up.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Absolutely! I ship worldwide, All duty and tax is the responsibility of the buyer. Plugs are always free shipping within Canada though!

Can I get my plugs wet?

No always avoid getting your plugs wet, take them out when you shower or swim etc. and keep them in a dry area when not being worn. If your plugs get wet the grain of the wood may absorb the water and expand possibly ruining the finish.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

After you have entered your shipping and payment information on the final page before processing your order you will have an option to enter your coupon code.
